Ok, I was rather peeved here, when I found that I couldn't get a cheat that made me invincible or helped my health. In fact, I was REALLY peeved. The only cheats I could figure out were:

 

Original Blue Ninja Costume: highlight new game, hold left trigger + right trigger and press A.

 

Dead or Alive Costume: hold white button while selecting 2nd trial mission

 

Evil Costume: hold black button while selecting 2nd trial mission

 

Breath Underwater: Go up to a large body of water and just as you hit it tap A and you'll run on the water. Keep running until you hit a wall; you'll slowly start to sink. Eventually you'll hit the bottom and if you keep running you can breathe underwater.

 

Skip to the Final Boss on level 16: On level 16, fight the boss and lose to him. Then go get the Dark Dragon Blade; during the cut-scene press start and the cut-scene where you go to fight the final boss will play.

I've finished this game thousands of times and I still enjoy it. Trust me, I know what I'm doing.

 

 

To get to the Besaid Ruins to get Auron's Murasame weapon: MURASAME

 

To get to the Besaid Ruins to get Rikku's Victorious weapon: VICTORIOUS

 

To get to the Mushroom Rock Ravine to get Rikku's Godhand weapon: GODHAND

 

Blitzball Easy Win: Whenever you're playing blitz, and your score is higher than the other team's, swim behind your own goalie. Stay there and everyone else will go to the other side and swim in circles. If anyone follows you, break through them and they'll go away. Stay there for the rest of the game (go make a snack or something) and you'll win.

 

Easy Chocobo Steering: hold down L1+L2+R1+R2 and the control you have over your chocobo will be improved.

ok, we all know about the alternate endings in this game, and if you dont know, contact me and I'll inform you. (btw, all of these count as % points towards your game ending)

 

Den of the Woe: Get all 10 Crimson Spheres and the mysterious door will unlock.

 

Get 500+ points on the Dancing Mini Game: regardless of what the game tells you what to do, keep pressing triangle, cirlcle, X, and square as fast as possible until the mini game ends. You'll easily get 500 pts or more.

 

Easy Money: After giving Oaka 100,000 gil to pay off his debt, he will sell you stuff for extremely cheap prices. If you buy 99 hi-potions (at the 50 gil price each) and sell them all, you can make over 3 times the money back. You can do this over and over until you have what you want.

 

Defeating Angra Mainyu (The really big and scary looking Desert Fiend Thingy): Get 99 dark matter. (These are really hard to find, but you can get them if you have the game shark codes I don't know where else to find them. Get a magazine with one of those sample disks that have codes on them for FFX-2). Also get 99 mega-potions and 99 mega-phenoix downs. Have 2 Dark Knights on the field (They don't have to be mastered yet) and 1 Alchemist. Have 1 Dark Knight use Dark Matter every turn and the have the other Dark Knight cast darkness every turn. Have the Alchemist use a mega-potion every turn, even if your characters seem healthy. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR CHARACTERS HEALTH HIGH. If a character dies, use a mega-pheonix on it (even if its just one character.) Good luck!

Ayane's School Girl Costume: get the silver XBOX item in survival mode

 

Unlock Ein: Complete Story Mode with all characters. Then play either Survival or Time Attack Mode with Hayate and get ranked and enter your name as Ein. Then Ein will be playable everywhere exept story mode.

 

Unlock Random Character Selection: Use Ein in survival mode

 

Ein's 3rd Costume: complete Time Attack Mode with Ein in under 6 minutes.

 

Kasumi's 3rd Costume: complete Exercise Mode in Sparring Mode with Kasumi

 

Zack's 3rd Costume: defeat 20 opponets in Survival Mode using Zack

 

Zack's 4th Costume: get the silver XBOX item in survival mode

 

Naming Your XBOX: place 1st in Survival Mode. Whatever name you type in is the name of your XBOX.

 

Rotate Camera Angle: use the sticks after you win a match to rotate and zoom

 

Slow-Mo Replay: Once you win a match hold X+A+B until the replay starts. Then you can rewind/slow-mo the replay with Y.

 

Health Restore in Survival: When playing in survival mode, press start on the second controller. You will go to a 2-player vs. battle. Defeat the non-moving opponet and select return. Your health will be fully restored and your "wins" count will not reset.

 

Alternative Costumes: to get different costumes for Ayane, Bass, Brad, Christie, Hayabusa, Hayate, Helena, and Hitomi, highlight their second costume and press X.

 

Change Colors: if you select your character's costume with the X button most of them will have an alternative color. (press X,Y,and A)
